Since 1882, Maldon Sea SaltĀ Flakes have been made from seawater in estuaries in Essex County, England, in the town ofĀ MaldonĀ (known by the locals asĀ 'MaldonĀ on the Mud'). Handcrafted with traditional artisan methods to create beautiful pyramid-shaped salt crystals, it has a delicious balance of naturally occurring minerals, enhancing any dish.
